Singin’ in the Rain

Don Lockwood (Gene Kelly) and Lina Lamont (Jean Hagen) are stars of the silent screen in 1920s Hollywood. But with the advent of the talkies it becomes clear that Lina ‘s excruciatingly shrill voice will have to be dubbed. Enter Kathy Selden (Debbie Reynolds), a chorus girl with her own ambitions.
